Then, from 6-8 p.m., Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic cover celebrity arrivals on "Live From the Red Carpet."The TV Guide channel (not available on Cablevision Systems) also will be on the red carpet from 6 to 8 p.m., with "Live at the Academy Awards" with Lisa Rinna and Joey Fatone hosting.
